Winter ❄️ waterproof gloves 2233
Description
Palm Lining
Material: Often a Soft Jersey Cotton or Tricot (polyester) lining.
Purpose: It provides a thin layer of cushioning and absorbs sweat to prevent the synthetic leather from feeling “sticky” or clammy against your skin. It also protects your hand from the internal seams.
2. Back-of-Hand Interior
Material: The underside of the blue Spandex/Nylon is typically a brushed polyester or simply the reverse side of the stretch fabric.
Purpose: This side is usually unlined or very lightly lined to maintain breathability. It’s designed to allow heat to escape so your hands don’t overheat.
3. Seams and Reinforcements
Thread: Most high-quality versions use Nylon or Kevlar® stitching.
Feel: You will notice “sidewall” construction around the fingers, which keeps the seams away from your fingertips to improve tactile feel (so you can still pick up small screws or wires).
Summary of “Inner” Specs:
Texture: Soft, slightly fuzzy (if Jersey) or smooth and silky (if Tricot).
Feel: Snug and “form-fitting” rather than bulky.
Note: These are uninsulated gloves. If they feel thick or “puffy” inside, they might have a thin foam laminate, but they are not intended for cold-weather protection.
